Yes flow dreaming is exactly like this! I Flowdream as well and have found it to be incredibly effective for me! It seems so natural to just sit and "daydream" about what I want in my life.

Tarot-A-Day: Tuesday July 7, 2007: Lunar Eclipse and Full Moon in Capricorn
Today we have a lunar eclipse and a full moon in Capricorn. Carpricorn is a very practical sign and deals with grounded things in the world, so I'm surprised I didn't pull a pentacles card today. But when looking at the Two of Swords, what we're being told is that while we do our energy work today during the eclipse and the full moon, we may actually feel stuck or unable to decide. Happy 4th!
